Broker is a firm or individual who is a member of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange. There are 2 main categories of PMEX members:-

1. Commodity Specific :- The clients of such a member can trade only a specific product for which he holds trading rights.
2. Universal :- Through such a broker, a trader can trade all items listed on PMEX under one roof.

Brokers charge commissions from their clients as and when they trade.
